1. Application of Terms

These terms apply to all headshot photography services provided by Igor Emmerich Ltd ("Photographer") to clients ("Client").

2. Booking and Deposits

• Deposit: A non-refundable £90 deposit is required to secure your booking
• Rescheduling: Appointments can be rescheduled with at least 72 hours notice.

3. Fees and Payment

• Session Fees: As specified in your chosen package
• Payment Terms: Full payment is due upon completion of the session.

4. Cancellations

• Client Cancellation: Cancellations within 72 hours of the session will forfeit the deposit
• Photographer Cancellation: If the Photographer cancels, a full refund or alternative date will be offered.

5. Session Conduct

• Punctuality: Please arrive 15 minutes before your session
• Preparation: Arrive with hair and makeup done, as per our preparation guidelines.

6. Image Delivery

• Gallery Access: Private online gallery available within 24 hours
• Retouched Images: As per your package, additional images are available at specified rates.

7. Usage Rights

• Personal Use: Clients receive a licence for personal use of the images
• Commercial Use: Requires prior agreement and may incur additional fees.

8. Intellectual Property

• Copyright: Remains with the Photographer
• Alterations: Clients may not alter images without consent.

9. Liability

• Limitation: The Photographer's liability is limited to the amount paid for the session
• Force Majeure: Not liable for cancellations due to unforeseen events beyond control.

10. Data Protection

• Privacy: Personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

11. Governing Law

Jurisdiction: These terms are governed by UK law.
